Refund policy

I am committed to ensuring your harness purchase is completely worry-free. If you have any concerns—whether it’s adjusting the size or addressing a complaint—you can reach out to me directly via email or arrange a call to resolve the issue.

Refund Policy:

  • For New Items: If the item is unused, I will happily issue a full refund if that is your preference.
  • For Used Items: If you have already used the harness but are not satisfied, I would greatly appreciate your feedback to learn from your experience. We can discuss a solution that works for you, or I can provide a refund if that remains your choice. Please note that for used items, a reasonable usage fee may be applied, as these items can be resold as B-stock at a reduced price.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

  • If there is a production issue: I will cover the shipping costs for the return.
  • For other reasons: While I’ll ensure the return process is hassle-free, the shipping cost will be at your expense.
